We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Business Strategy to join our team. The successful candidate will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring that business needs are accurately captured and translated into actionable solutions. This role requires strong analytical skills, effective communication, and a keen understanding of business processes and technology.
Key Responsibilities:
- Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, document, and analyze business requirements, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Client Management: Support Account Managers with requirements gathering and client management including status calls, project updates tracking, and reporting on project success
- Process Analysis: Evaluate current business processes to identify areas for improvement and recommend innovative solutions.
- Documentation: Create detailed business requirement documents (BRDs), user stories, process flows, and other documentation to support project goals. Strong PowerPoint skills to articulate business requirements and goals in a story-driven process.
- Collaboration: Work closely with technical teams, project managers, and stakeholders to ensure seamless implementation of solutions.
- Performance and Results Monitoring: Collaborate in defining key performance indicators (KPIs) and developing validation processes to ensure business objectives are met. Assist in executing and refining test cases to align with strategic goals and deliver measurable outcomes.
- Reporting: Provide insights and data-driven recommendations to stakeholders through reports and presentations.
- Change Management: Support stakeholders in adapting to process changes and system implementations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 3-5 years as a Business Analyst or in a related role.
- Strong understanding of business processes, requirements gathering, and documentation techniques.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira or Trello.
- Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau).
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and business storytelling
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
